Condo Rental by Owner - St. Maarten, Caribbean

Rates/Amenities

The condo is available for rent year round for a minimum of one week. The rates vary depending on the time of year. In addition there are discounts available for repeat visitors. All reservations must be paid for through PayPal. Paypal provides different payment options, including secure credit card payments. A Paypal email with the amount due will be sent to the guest's email requesting payment for the amount due at the time of booking.

The amount due at time of booking will depend on how far in advance the reservations are being made. If the reservations are made more than 90 days in advance, then a deposit of $350 US per week is required for low season and $450 per week for high season. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.

If the reservations are being made less than 90 days in advance of arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking. Payment in full is also required for reservations during the holiday season.

The complex amenities includes 24 hour security, on-site property management, an infinity pool, full gym and free water taxi.

AquaMarina is set on 7 ½ acres of water-front property (Simpson Bay Lagoon), and consists of two 9 story condominium towers and 19 luxurious villas. All units have breathtaking views of the lagoon and Caribbean Sea. It is set amongst tropical gardens lush with hibiscus, aloe, passion fruit, coconut palms, banana and papaya trees and other exotic flowers and fruits. Standard features in the condo include luxury Italian porcelain floors, marble bathroom countertops, granite kitchen countertops, Whirlpool and KitchenAid appliances in the kitchen and laundry room, air-conditioning in all rooms, and satellite TV.

Open 24 hours a day and exclusive to AquaMarina residents and guests, our air-conditioned and fully equipped high tech fitness and cardiovascular facility makes it easy for you to include a work out routine during your stay.

Water Taxi

AquaMarina offers you the convenience of enjoying a quick and scenic trip through the Simpson Bay Lagoon on our water taxi. The water taxi will take you and your guests to the nearby destinations of:

Marina Royale (French side) – enjoy a day of shopping in the boutiques and on the local market, or a relaxing breakfast or lunch. No cost.
La Palapa (Dutch side) – enjoy breakfast or lunch in the Simpson Bay area (all within short walking distances). No cost.
For a fee the Captain will shuttle you to Mullet Bay Beach, Friar's Bay Beach and Happy Bay Beach.
Water taxi hours are from 9:00 AM until 4:30 PM (hours are subject to change according to season).
Life vests and other safety equipment are available on board.
