All reservations must be paid for through PayPal. Paypal provides different payment options, including secure credit card payments. A Paypal
email with the amount due will be sent to the guest's email requesting payment for the amount due at the time of booking.
The amount due at time of booking will depend on how far in advance the reservations are being made. If the reservations are
made more than 90 days in advance, then a deposit of $350 US per week is required for low season and $450 per week for high
season. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. If the reservations are being made less than 90 days
in advance of arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking. Payment in full is also required for reservations
during the holiday season.
